Dr. William Hirsch

On Monday, June 29, 2009, the Department of Physics held a reception in honor of William Hirsch, who successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled: "Quantum Effects of the Massless Spin One-Half Field in Static Spherically Symmetric Black Hole and Wormhole Spacetimes". Dr Hirsch's thesis advisor was Prof. Eric Carlson.
