The Graduate Fund supports conference travel, professional-development workshops, and activities that introduce prospective students to the department.

General Fund
This fund supports the faculty and students of the Department in many ways, such as travel funds for undergraduate students to present their research results at regional, national, and international conferences. It also supports faculty and student scholarship by providing funds to bring excellent outside speakers to campus, and to improve our Career Advising by bringing in alumni and friends whose professional careers have been different from that of a typical college professor in the sciences. These funds also support student-sponsored conferences and outreach activities.
