Ryan Sullivan receives Gordon A. Melson Outstanding Doctoral Student Award

The 2024 Gordon A. Melson Outstanding Doctoral Student Award has been given to Dr. Ryan Sullivan. The Gordon A. Melson Outstanding PhD Student Award is presented each year during the Hooding & Awards Ceremony for outstanding research productivity and quality. In particular, the originality, importance and impact of the dissertation is weighted highly in the award determination.

Dr. Sullivan defended his thesis entitled “Molecular Rectifiers: Design and Applications” in November 2023. He completed his Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. Oana Jurchescu.
